1st the place is old, the food is fantastic. Patrick is both the proprietor and the chef. He does outstanding with simple ingredients. Tonight I had butterfly shrimp as a base to crab imperial on top the with a light drivel of garlic sauce. It was baked quickly and came out just great. Patrick must know everyone in town but he treats everyone who comes in as a long lost friend. He is quick to share his cooking' tips, it is like coming home. Each time I travel the ICW I make it a point to stop at Leland oil marina, not because it is a nice place but because I can't get a ride to Patrick's place for dinner. When you come to town you just ask where the restaurant is, you don't need the name, it is just the place to eat good food.

The was good but not as great as our last visit. Portions were less. Service and ambiance were just as good. If you're in the area, this is the spot.

Great place. I thought that Bowen's was the "gold" standard on the Lowcountry for fresh shrimp, but I must say Graham's has them beat - better shrimp, larger portion, less money. If it were not so darn far from James Island I would make it my go to place for fried seafood. Small dining area (too hot for the porch in august) - we had a 30 minute wait on a Friday lunch. Service was prompt and with a great Southern smile. Food was OUTSTANDING!! Right off the dock a mile away - doesn't get any fresher than that. Beer was ice cold; sweet tea was great. Too much food, we had to skip dessert, but there is always next time when I head north!!

Went to TW Grahams on Friday night with 6 others. We got there about 6 pm and ate on the porch. The waitress was so nice and friendly and the food was delicious. I got flounder , shrimp with coleslaw and Red rice. It came with 2 hush puppies. Others mostly ordered shrimp with one ordering grilled scallops. The food is outstanding. The place is very rustic but well worth it to come to this area.

We recently went on a kayaking trip and were looking for a place to eat after and this restaurant came up. We arrived at 5:30 pm on a Saturday night and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. This place is very popular! I started with a cup of chowder that was delicious. So happy it came with a hush puppy because I definitely wanted to try them. It was nice to dip it in the broth. My husband got the fried oysters and scallops combo. It came with two sides and two more hush puppies. He got sticker shock after we got the bill because he didn't realize it was $34. He felt his meal was greasy. I got the fried clams and fried shrimp combo and thought mine was cooked to perfection. I read a review where someone complained about the coleslaw so in the back of my mind I thought it might be vinegar based. It was but I thought it was delicious. Had a nice kick to it. This is going to be a weird thing to rave about but the French fries were so frickin good. Cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy and they're not those weird fries that have some sort of coating on them. My son got the kids fried shrimp and it was a good sized portion. I thought all our entrees had generous portions. Really enjoyed our dinner here. We will definitely be back to try other things!
